Registration for any class or event is easy: Click on the registration email link at each class and event, complete the info requested and email back to us. Then either use Chase QuickPay or mail a check to us payable to The Lavery Co., 3323 W. Addison St., Unit B14, Chicago, IL 60618-4303. Please record the class or event number on your check. When your payment is received, you'll receive an email confirmation the same day and you'll be registered. If you'd like to learn how we operate our memberships, classes, and day trips, go to our How We Operate page. Food and class photo's will be updated regularly. If you have any photo's you'd like to share, you can email them (jpeg or gif file preferred) to us at chef@BestChefs.com. Check out our Special Interest Groups Page. Volunteers: Most of us know someone who volunteers and gives unselfishly to others without any financial gain. These are special people and should be rewarded.
