Saturday, May 22, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Hands-on Class: Italian 101 with Ryan Wombacher, Executive Chef, Topaz Café, Burr Ridge, IL: During this hands-on class, learn to make pasta from scratch, including Pappardelle, Tagliatelle (thinner fettucine), and Ticci. Also three sauces: Bolognese, Alfredo and Rustic Tomato. Bonus: handmade potato gnocchi. Register and pay for this class by 05/14/10. After 05/14/10 registration increases $10.00. This hands-On class is limited to 13 persons. $120 per non-member; $100 per member. A list of cookware and supplies will be emailed to all registrants upon registration.
